The service offered was GREAT. There also was safe parking and lovely pool. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurant, way better than staying in Cuenca, and Cuenca. Lucky that it was within walking distance of Sparky's Grill, offering food to go.

We had a relaxing weekend in lovely natural surroundings just a short drive away from a beautiful city. The spacious and elegant room had comfortable king-size bedding and under-floor heating. The rustic furniture perfectly suited the decor. The location among pine trees and small vineyards made for a peaceful atmosphere, which we enjoyed.
We couldn't enjoy the amenities advertised, such as the swimming pool, paddle court, ping-pong, and baby football, all of which were out of action during our stay. Finding the hotel also proved to be quite difficult, as it was poorly signposted.

Beautiful interior and amenities made for an enjoyable stay. the peacefulness of the location was a highlight, along with the nearby attractions. It was clean and had great amenities that made for an all-around fantastic weekend.
The noise levels were high, meaning it can be tough to get a good night's sleep. They also fail to have any kind of vending machine or mini fridge to purchase snacks, water, or soda which was a big negative.

We had a wonderful time at this charming country inn. the location is serene, surrounded by woods and close to a national park. the staff was welcoming, helpful and spoke fluent English. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Despite the poor breakfast mentioned in one of the reviews, we found it to be satisfactory. the pool, although a little out of action, looked refreshing for a dip on a hot day.
We did experience a little difficulty finding the hotel initially, as it was not well signposted.
